We do not allow returns unless we have shipped you an item other than the one requested. If you are eligible for a return, please Contact Us to receive return instructions.

When returning your item(s), please enclose a brief note including your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card number to be credited.

Trinity Communications will designate the method by which your item(s) are to be returned. If the return is a result of our error we will pay your return shipping cost.* Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the entire order is returned due to our error.

If the items are being returned for reasons other than Trinity Communications error, a return fee of 5% of the total order will be charged to cover transaction fees.
