You may return items purchased from the Catholic Information Center within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact the CIC to receive return instructions.

When returning your item(s), please enclose a brief note including your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card number to be credited.

The CIC will designate the method by which your item(s) are to be returned. If the return is a result of our error we will pay your return shipping cost.* Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the entire order is returned due to CIC error.

If the items are being returned for reasons other than CIC error, a return fee of 5% of the total order will be charged to cover transaction fees.

* The CIC reserves the right to designate the method of payment for return shipping.
